To make a return, send an email to welcome@endlesspure.com with a return request.

GENERAL RULES

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Contact us at contact@endlesspure.com, and we will assist you. Please note that you must not use the product or tamper with the seal.

The refund will be processed as soon as the product is received by ENDLESS PURE, and it can be confirmed that it has not been used. The customer is responsible for shipping the return, including shipping costs and any potential damage during transit. The product must be properly packaged (preferably in the original packaging it was received in). We strongly recommend sending the package with tracking, as the loss of the package during shipment means the order will not be refunded.

To make a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The products must be returned within the allowed return/exchange period. This period is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
  • The returned products must be in perfect condition and must not have been used.

If the returned product is not in perfect condition, ENDLESS PURE reserves the right not to issue a refund.

WHAT IS THE COST OF A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

If the reason for the return or exchange is that you are not satisfied with the product or wish to change the size, you will need to cover the return or exchange shipping costs.

If the return or exchange is due to a defect in the product, you must contact us on the same day the package is received at the following email: contact@endlesspure.com. Our customer service team will evaluate your case and offer a solution if appropriate.

CANCELLING OR MODIFYING AN ORDER

It is not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. To cancel your purchase, please contact our team at welcome@endlesspure.com.

WARRANTY AND RIGHT TO CLAIM

All products on endlesspure.com are sold in accordance with consumer law, and we take care of all customer claims and warranties. The order confirmation sent to customers serves as the warranty certificate and should be used as a reference in case of claims.

If defects are found that were not caused by you or occurred due to improper use, the product will be repaired or replaced at the expense of The Nordic Lab, including shipping costs.

If there is a defect in the product or if you received the wrong product, the return shipping costs will be covered by the store.
